Please review some of this helpful information regarding some of the most common questions asked by our clients.

Cancellations

Your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. We request that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours notice can result in a 50% charge for scheduled service. “No Shows” will result in a full charge of scheduled service.

If you are late for your appointment, your service time may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled appointment. The fee for your services(s) remain the same.

With respect to the safety and experience of all our guests, children are not permitted in the salon or spa unless they are receiving a service. In any other instance, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Arrival

We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time to check in. Please check in with one of our Guest Services team members, who will escort you to our waiting area.

Forms of Payment

We accept Debit Cards and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), and personal checks (with valid Driver’s License and two forms of contact).

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates may be purchased in the salon or online for any dollar amount and are redeemable toward your favorite services and products. If you are interested in suggesting a service experience to a recipient of a gift card, you are welcome to write the suggested service as a message on the card. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. We will not sell or offer your information to anyone else.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are only given in the form of store credit, for products only (not services). Unfortunately, we cannot accept product returns that have been used, otherwise we will be glad to issue you a store credit within 7 days of purchase. Clothing and accessory items may be returned for a store credit within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.
